Our final show of 2024 was highlighted by an appearance from Mike Donnell, head basketball coach at Pembroke Academy, winners on Monday of the 2024 Boys Capital Classic. Coach Donnell joined us to talk basketball but also to urge everyone over 40 to get a colonoscopy as he recently endured an eight month battle with cancer and is now cancer free.
